Genie TheimerCLU® , ChFC®, RICP®

Genie has been in the financial services profession for over 35 years. Her focus of expertise is helping business owners, medical professionals, executives and individuals identify what they value most in life, what they want their legacy to be and help them plan a lifetime of prosperity by protecting their values and lifestyle.

In the 1980’s she was the first woman in North Carolina to receive the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU®, and Chartered Financial Consultant, ChFC®, designations from The American College. She received the Retirement Income Certified Planner, RICP®, designation in 2016.

Genie holds Series 6, 7, 63, 66 securities registrations which is the General Securities license and Registered Investment Advisor license, also the Life and Health and Long Term Care insurance licenses. She is a life qualifying member of PACE (Professional Achievement in Continuing Education).

Genie became a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable in 1989 and throughout her career has qualified for multiple industry awards. She has served on the board of Charlotte Chapter of the Society of Financial Professionals and the fundraising committee of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Genie is a Guardian ad Litem in Mecklenburg County and is active in her church in Denver, Unity Presbyterian.

Genie and her husband, Jerry, live on Lake Norman and have three wonderful grown children and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
