Vanessa Brazell

Vanessa Brazell has always been drawn to the way people connect and the relationships that grow from a simple conversation. As an Associate Recruiter at Consolidated Planning, she brings that same interest in people to her work, helping prospective advisors explore opportunities within the firm and discover where their ambitions might take them.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Mass Communications and a concentration in English, Vanessa developed an appreciation for the role communication plays in building meaningful relationships. She brings a fresh perspective to CP’s recruiting team and a genuine interest in understanding the people she meets.

For Vanessa, recruiting is about more than matching someone with a position. It’s about making people feel seen and valued throughout the process, and helping them find an environment where they can truly belong.
