Kristen is originally from Richmond Hill, GA, but considers the Queen City to be her home. She is an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies. Kristen started with the firm in 2015 as a member of the Advisor Performance Group and began working in a leadership capacity in 2017. She now serves as the Recruiting Director and is spearheading the firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts.
She is a super connector whose passion for people can be seen not only through her work in talent acquisition, but through her community involvement. She serves as a board member for The Abandon Project and as an Ambassador for The Relatives, both of which are local nonprofits in Charlotte, NC. Kristen is also committed to helping young people find confidence in their uniqueness and does so through public speaking to groups of high school and college students throughout North Carolina.
Outside of the office, Kristen loves cooking (and eating), trail running, and all things interior design. She’s a happy wife to her husband Josh, proud aunt of 7 nieces and nephews, and dog mom to Teddy (Black Lab mix) and Maggie (Coonhound)… two of the cutest pups you ever did see!
