Rose Palaschenko brings a unique perspective to her role at Consolidated Planning, having started her career in commercial and financial underwriting. With a deep understanding of risk management and financial analysis, Rose transitioned into financial services, where she’s focused on helping clients navigate complex decisions and build solid financial foundations.
She’s passionate about working with individuals and business owners, helping them stabilize their financial futures with tailored strategies that make sense for their unique needs.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through running, working out, and gardening. Rose is also an avid cook and reader. A fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Rose balances her professional life with personal pursuits and a strong commitment to community.
She serves as President of the Women in Networking-South Charlotte Chapter and is part of the Mastermind Committee for the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. After relocating to the Carolinas from NYC and Los Angeles in 2021, Rose and her husband Andrew enjoy raising their kids, Jasmine and Derek, in a quieter, small-town setting. The family shares their home with two cats, Pumpkin and Pookie.
