Raised on an Indiana farm, Roger enjoyed playing high school and college football and basketball. He and his wife, Trudy, are parents of three adult children. Roger has worked with owners and executives of hundreds of businesses large and small. In addition to his work, he enjoys being active outdoors, cultivating tomatoes, slow-cooking, reciting nostalgia poetry and helping to improve the lives of children through the mission of Rotary International. He has served as a deacon, elder and on various committees of a local Presbyterian church. Via the American Red Cross, Roger has been a blood donor since 1972.
Roger is dedicated to serving clients with the same level of attention, urgency, good humor and spirit of teamwork that he would want if roles were reversed. Clients can expect that he will work to fully understand their circumstances and priorities. Roger particularly enjoys leading a team of specialists to help business-owner clients plan and manage their optimal enterprise continuity, exit from day-to-day management, transition of ownership and eventual retirement.
