Lindsey Ware

A Fuquay-Varina native and graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Lindsey earned a degree in Journalism with a minor in Spanish for the profession of business. Before joining CP, she worked in the sports and education industries, gaining experience in marketing, content creation, and student development with organizations such as Major League Baseball and Varsity Tutors.

Lindsey’s early exposure to the financial services industry gave her an appreciation for the meaningful impact of our work and the collaborative culture that defines CP. After spending the summer assisting with a project in the Raleigh office, she knew Consolidated Planning was the right place to grow her career.

As an Associate Recruiter, Lindsey is passionate about helping driven individuals—whether they’re young professionals, career changers, or experienced financial advisors—discover fulfilling career opportunities at CP. Her mission is to identify talented, entrepreneurial-minded people and guide them toward success within our firm.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and dog. She’s a big fan of the Carolina Hurricanes and Atlanta Braves, and you might catch her quoting her favorite shows and books, including Succession and Daisy Jones & The Six. Fun fact—Lindsey is colorblind, a detail that always surprises people!
