Jay Rinehart

Jay Rinehart brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, where he has worked with individuals, families, and business owners to achieve long-term success. Originally from Milton, Florida, Jay is now based in Newnan, Georgia, and has developed his career through leadership and client service positions with Bankers Life, New York Life, and Northwestern Mutual. In 2025, he joined Consolidated Planning, attracted to its collaborative environment and dedication to supporting both clients and advisors.

Jay works primarily with pre-retirees, established entrepreneurs, and professionals in leadership roles—especially parents who are focused on building a strong retirement plan as their families become more independent. Known for his thoughtful, client-first approach, he helps people protect what matters most while preparing for the future. His long-term goal is to expand Consolidated Planning’s footprint and grow a team culture rooted in trust, and serving others.

Outside of work, Jay serves in his church’s music ministry and leads an adult Bible study class. He enjoys bowling tournaments, tennis, and golfing with his dad and son Peyton. Jay is a Florida Gators fan, and he also enjoys time with his 2-year old Belgian Malinois, Zara.
