Grayson Pohs

Grayson Pohs is a Life Specialist – Executive Benefits/Corporate Solutions with seven years of experience in the financial services industry and strong roots in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Born and raised in Charlotte, he began his career in the financial services field, building a solid foundation in protection focused strategies. After spending time in Seattle, Washington, Grayson felt called back home when an opportunity opened at Consolidated Planning that aligned perfectly with both his professional passion and personal values. Returning to the Charlotte area allowed him to continue growing his career while staying connected to the community that has always meant so much to him. 

At Consolidated Planning, Grayson works closely with business owners who want to take a more intentional approach to planning the future of their businesses. By incorporating insurance into a comprehensive strategy, he helps create a foundation built on protection, stability, and long-term success. Grayson is driven by a long‑term goal of helping business owners and their employees gain confidence—knowing they are prepared for whatever lies ahead. His client‑first, protection‑focused mindset allows him to build meaningful relationships and provide guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs. 

Outside of work, Grayson lives in Indian Land, South Carolina, where he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two children. In his free time, he loves golfing, fishing, and traveling with his family. Grayson is also deeply involved in his church, serving as a leader in several outreach initiatives. He is passionate about giving back to the community through organizations such as Nourish Up, Roof Above, and Safer Communities, supporting individuals as they transition back into society after incarceration. These experiences shape the way Grayson serves others—both personally and professionally—with compassion, purpose, and integrity.
