Destiney Deschaines

Originally from a small town in Maine, she studied Corporate Finance and Real Estate at the University of Connecticut before beginning her career in the financial services industry. With experience in both the insurance and real estate sectors—and most recently as an advisor with Equitable Advisors—Destiney brings a well-rounded perspective to her work with clients.

What drew Destiney to Consolidated Planning was the firm’s focus on building financial stability as the foundation for growth, and their relationship-driven approach to planning. She is passionate about working with blue-collar business owners, real estate professionals, and families, helping them design strategies that provide both clarity and confidence. Having grown up watching her self-employed father rebuild from bankruptcy to owning multiple businesses and properties, she understands firsthand the resilience it takes to overcome challenges—and how much of a difference the right guidance can make.

Outside of work, Destiney enjoys baking, cooking, pottery, and golf, as well as spending time outdoors. She also volunteers with Saving Grace, reflecting her commitment to giving back to her community.
