Dawn McCraw

Originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, Dawn is a financial representative known for combining sharp analytical skills with a people-first approach. A graduate of NC State University with degrees in Finance and Economics and a minor in French, she spent over two decades in the technology sector, mentoring and coaching professionals to reach their full potential. Her passion for helping others achieve confidence in their financial futures inspired a career shift to financial services.

Drawn to Consolidated Planning’s mission, culture, and values, Dawn now works with clients to build tailored strategies that support their long-term goals. Based in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, she approaches each relationship with warmth, insight, and a genuine commitment to client success.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys time with her husband, family, and friends—especially at the beach. She’s an avid traveler, dancer, yogi, golfer, skier, and hostess, and a proud NCSU Wolfpack fan. A devoted grandmother, she also volunteers with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, supports the Diaper Bank of NC, and participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
