Cole DeMarzo brings a strong academic foundation and a competitive edge to his role at Consolidated Planning. A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a BSB in Finance, an MBA, and coursework toward his Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Cole has developed a deep understanding of financial strategy and client-focused solutions. His background as a Division I Football Student-Athlete at both Michigan State University and the University of Wyoming shaped his leadership, discipline, and team-first mindset—qualities he now applies to serving his clients.

At Consolidated Planning, Cole focuses on supporting high-performing individuals, small business owners, and those approaching retirement. He has a special passion for working with professional and collegiate athletes, helping them navigate wealth building, retirement strategies, insurance, and long-term goals with a structured, personalized approach. His mission is to empower clients with clarity and confidence, simplifying complex decisions while building trusted, long-term relationships rooted in a client-first philosophy.

A native of Hilton Head Island, SC, Cole is proud to continue building his career and serving his community in the place he calls home. Outside of work, he gives back as an Assistant Football Coach at Hilton Head Island High School and enjoys following his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
