Carson Kelly

Carson Kelly was born and raised in Sanford, North Carolina, where he continues to live and work today. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University, where he also spent four years playing baseball. Following college, Carson began his career in the financial services industry at Consolidated Planning, bringing the same discipline and team-focused mindset from athletics into his professional work.

Carson was drawn to Consolidated Planning by the firm’s holistic approach and its emphasis on helping individuals and families become financially organized. He is particularly interested in working with small businesses, young professionals, and modern dual-income families. Carson takes pride in a personalized approach, focusing on understanding each client’s full financial picture and helping them gain clarity and confidence in their decision-making.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys playing golf, traveling, coaching baseball, and spending time with family and friends. He is a lifelong sports fan and proudly supports the Boston Red Sox, with The Shawshank Redemption topping his list of favorite movies. Carson’s background as a collegiate athlete continues to shape his values—teamwork, preparation, and consistency—in both his professional and personal life.
