Caroline Bergvist

Caroline grew up in Fort Mill, SC, and attended Winthrop University, where she earned a degree in Dance with a minor in Film Production. Her career began in a very meaningful way at Allegro Foundation, where she worked as a Program Coordinator and Movement Instructor, teaching movement classes to children with disabilities and coordinating fundraising efforts. From there, she transitioned into recruiting at gpac, specializing in freight and logistics.

Caroline was drawn to CP because of our culture and people—the collaborative, supportive environment that makes our firm stand out. In her new role, she will focus on recruiting top talent in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, and Sales, connecting driven individuals with careers where they can thrive and make an impact. Her approach is honest, supportive, and relationship-driven—she’s passionate about helping people find work that truly makes a difference.

Outside of work, Caroline has been a lifelong dancer, a passion she’s carried since age two. She’s also a proud mom to her 9-month-old, a Game of Thrones fan, and a big supporter of the University of Michigan—Go Blue! A fun fact: her favorite animal is an alpaca.
