Bud Kelly

Bud Kelly, originally from Monroe, Louisiana, brings a people-first approach to his role at Consolidated Planning in Atlanta. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Business Management, Bud began his career as a sales executive with AT&T before transitioning into financial services. Inspired by the opportunity to help others access wealth-building strategies, he chose Consolidated Planning for its culture of ownership and autonomy—values that align closely with his own.

Bud works with engineers, business owners, and athletes—especially those eager to grow their income, protect their families, and build a legacy. Known for his authenticity and focus on education, he makes sure clients not only have a strategy but also understand it, helping them make confident decisions with a clear long-term vision.

Outside of work, Bud channels his passion for boxing as both a self-proclaimed “boxing nerd” and a volunteer coach at a local gym. He also enjoys puzzles, time with family, and staying active in his community. Whether in the ring or in life, Bud is dedicated to helping people build strong foundations, resilience, and purpose-driven goals.
