Brooke Springer

Brooke brings a grounded, people-first perspective to her work as a financial professional, shaped by her roots in Denton, North Carolina, and her academic background at Campbell University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She began her career in the long-term care setting as a rehabilitation technician, where she developed a deep appreciation for helping others improve their quality of life. While she found fulfillment in serving others, Brooke recognized her desire to make a broader impact beyond a clinical environment—one that would allow her to guide individuals and families toward lasting financial well-being. 

Her journey into the financial services industry began through a family connection to Consolidated Planning (CP), where she was quickly drawn to the firm’s collaborative and purpose-driven culture. After meeting with several advisors, Brooke knew she had found a place where she could grow professionally while staying true to her passion for helping others. She is particularly passionate about working with young adults, those in agriculture and trade-related fields, and healthcare professionals. Brooke is dedicated to supporting clients who have a vision for their future—whether that’s five, ten, or even fifty years out—and helping them take meaningful steps toward achieving their goals. She strives to build genuine, lasting relationships rooted in trust, with the ultimate goal of becoming a valued resource not only for her clients, but for their families and communities as well. 

Outside of her professional life, Brooke enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether she’s hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying nature, she finds energy and balance in the outdoors. Living in Clayton, North Carolina, she values time spent connecting with family and friends and embracing the lifestyle she loves. As an Alpha Delta Pi alumna, Brooke also carries with her a strong sense of community and connection that continues to shape both her personal and professional life.
